| Re: Red Baron Albatross Well I'm just passing along what Martin @ TFM told me. He's the largest retailer & distributor for Corgi in the U.S & the only one who has his own line of Corgi models, so I take what he says has the word when it comes to Corgi. TFM still has not received their Albatross shipment yet, as for the other retailers maybe a few got out from Corgi USA prior to the warehouse move, I don't know. A lot of sellers list things as in stock right about when they think the item will ship to them so they can lock in some early sales. Nothing wrong with that, but the model can ship late or get nixed at the last second. That's why I asked Martin rather then go off what other retailers have posted on their sites. | |||||||||||||

| Re: Red Baron Albatross When I landed my Albatros, I was just web shopping, and call Trinkets t Treasure in Indiana, since they were only 48 miles from my house. The timing was perfect since I was told that they had 2 instock, and one was already spoken for. I bought the other one, and they shipped it out that day. After receiving it the next day, I called back and inquired on the Se5's. Their distributor did not give them a detail explaination or anything. They were suppose to get more in shortly. They do not update their website daily, so you may want to give them a call. I count on websites updating daily, and when I came across Aikens, they had the Albatros, and both Se5's showing in stock. I called and they confirmed that both Se5's were instock. Hope this helps... Mike | |||||||||||||

| Re: Red Baron Albatross I saw one at the my local hobby shop today and the extra fine wire rigging is exquisitely done! However, I hate this livery and will wait for another one. The propeller is not convincing as wooden and the upper wing sits so low that it looks like the pilot would not be able to see through the windscreen. | |||||||||||||
