I am persueing (?) (persuing) my claim in UK, I have 3 of the beggars so far and have tokens in for 3 more (1 Halifax, 1 Vampire & 1 Wessex) - AND I have confirmation letters from Corgi. I also have an email that states that all my claims will be honoured.

Last contact I had stated that they would be extending the cut off date for green red & yellow tokens as several of the models with tokens have not even been released. But no more claims for blue tokens will be accepted.
They did not address the 350 short fall of Halifaxes from the conditions they laid down in the offer, but I fully intend to get a 4th Halifax of some description and the other 2 models from them, via Trading Standards Office or Small Claims Court (in UK) if I have to.


Can we look at the information already in this thread and stop asking time and time again about the conditions laid down in the 2007 catalogue and the card insert in every token equipped model or simply apparently making them up as you go along. They really are quite simple, clear and precise.

Horrido, any chance you could make pdf copies of the letters you received and e-mail me copies? They may prove useful as I pursue this on my end. If so, send me a PM and I will provide my e-mail address.
