Cogri B-25 1:72 Oh-7 Pics

Mates,
I told you i post the OH-7 when i got.
I can see why they recalled them back.
But i can fix it easy with my modeling skills.

Re: Cogri B-25 1:72 Oh-7 Pics

Some areas are ok but it looks like they used to big of a brush when they did it ( a fine brush would of been much better to use with this type of weathering) and there is a few spots that are way to clean.
It's ok but i kinda like it to be a little more even.
This is my first B-25 and if i was smart i just leave it alone.
Because it's rare i have been told.
How many are still out there after the recall?
I have no idea.
Here is the backside view.

Mine also a lot less weathered than this one - the contrast been the base colour and "weathered" areas is far less conspicuous than these pictures indicate.

Very strange, This Oh! 7 is horribly weathered, mine deos not look at all like this, weathering is much more subtle.

Boy I'll say! Mine is not anywhere near so heavy on the green. I think that one must have been weathered by a PO'd line worker or maybe the morning after the factory holiday party! I imagine a bit of thinner washed over shoud clean it up some... I have done this w/ the weathering on some of the Corgi armor to "tone it down" some.

I wouldn't worry about being smart and leaving this one alone. If ever there was a candidate for enhancement, it's this fliegen poop .So fire up the airbrush (or whatever you intend to use) and get busy, JP....We're eagerly awaiting the results of the transformation...

Re: Cogri B-25 1:72 Oh-7 Pics

seem to recall all the first batches of these were sent back by many retailers because of the bad weathering!
