Need help with Corgi parts

Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone has recent experience getting replacement parts from Corgi. The reason is because I won a brand new 32 scale Sea Hurricane on Ebay from a reputable seller (that I've gotten over a dozen items from) which was missing the engine cover. -

The seller is great, he's compensating me but I still have the Hurricane. The model was brand new, you could tell it's never been opened because the tissue paper was pristine and the box was sealed. I think that the model was just packed incomplete at the factory. BTW, it's an absolutely beautiful model and since he let me keep it instead of sending it back, I'd like to have a complete Hurricane.

I know that Corgi's recently gone through some changes which might or might not have affected their parts replacement policy but if any of you fellas can help me out with a contact person or phone number (besides the normal c.s. number) I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks again!

-Trex
