My B-17 Collection is complete

Just got Mount and Ride today, I couldn't hold out any longer. I initially choose 909 over MnR, but it kept bugging me. If I had to choose between the two in person I don't know how it would turn out. So it jions up with Yankee Doodle, Memphis Belle, 909, and A Bit O' Lace in my collection.
I guess to make things even I'll have to find Pistol Packin' Mama to make 5 B-24s in the hanger. Get this one if you have been trying to decide its a beautiful bird.

Congrats Shawn -- fyi perrys has that B-24 for a very fair price... I've been itching to pull the trigger on it but have managed to hold off... for now.

Congrats dude! I've only 2 B-17s and 2 B-24s, and I am contemplating on a third B-17.

I'd like to but right now most money is spent on x-mas and squaring away a few things for a year long trip to one of the two hot spots. I have STG, PPM would be a nice mate. Maybe when I get back Corgi will have a Carpet Baggers all black B-24.

Re: My B-17 Collection is complete

Two things have always put me off the bombers, 1. space and 2. money!

Despite this though, I recently bought Nine O Nine from a seller on ebay, and she has pride of place right now. I would like another B-17, but just how many Bassingbourne B-17's did we really need? It's almost criminal that the 100th BG has not been represented in this range, I would almost certainly clear some more space for one!

Nine O Nine is a stunner (even if the tail gun is the incorrect Cheyenne type) and I'll be creating a new display board for her soon.

Your in trouble now, once you pop the seal on Heavies you can't stop. First it was Yankee Doodle and Sleepy Time Gal, now its 4 B-17s and 3 B-24s ( oh and a PBY) later.
