My apologies Kiwi Dave, I should've phrased it as 2008 Corgi releases available for pre-order from US retailers - I got a bit carried away there, but I for one don't source many diecast from the UK due to cost and was happy to see the items finally listed at US retailers .

Just pre-ordered about six Corgis from The Flying Mule, but I must say that I'm not as enthusiastic as I once was about such buys. Indeed, I almost went through the process by rote, which is not how I look upon Hobby Master's offerings---even when they have issues such as over inked panel lines, wing flaps fixed in the "open" position, etc. I hope that Corgi's new management finds a way to revitalize this once top notch outfit. With Dragon apparently running out of steam and other players moving ever so cautiously, we need a more dynamic and venturesome company, like Corgi once was, to add new zip and momentum.

AARRGGHH!!! I want the Typhoon, Mosquito and Lancaster...There is no way I can make it through next year considering the number of pre-orders from various manufacturers that I want to get.

What do y'all think about the Lancaster? Will this one be as hot as the other Lancasters and require a definite pre-order??

Really don't know what I'll be getting.

Probably the Lanc, Hali-bags, Blenheim and the 110. I'll only ne getting the Lanc as I don't have one yet. Not sure about anything else. I'll not be pre-ordering any of this - Need to watch the budget a bit more next year and everything is going to be cash-flow dependent.

The promised GA releases are really what I'm looking forward too. (Esp the Phantom)
