Since Nona Left Corgi On June 1st.

Well i have to say since Nona left Corgi on June 1st...Things have been a little different at Corgi it seems.
Nona was working on getting a part for me from China and was to get it before she left on June 1st and she has told me to get in touch with "Donna" at Corgi and she gave me her email address in case i didn't get it before she left on June 1st.Well
i still don't have my part as of yet and i tried to email Donna but her email address comes back as invalid email address..So i just sent the email to Corgi UK and still no reply from them.
So IMHO since Nona has left Corgi there is no one there doing a great job as she once did.
So for those of you who are in need of parts it may be a longer wait then it used to be.

Nona was great. She got me a part for my B-17 in no time.

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.

Re: Since Nona Left Corgi On June 1st.

I never had occassion to deal with Nona, but about a week after she left (D'oh!) I requested a replacement part from the new Nona, Donna. I haven't heard back yet, although I am hopeful that one day a small package from Corgi will appear on my doorstep. At least the e-mail I sent Donna didn't bounce back; is this the address you used: dprior(at)corgiclassics.co.uk?

I got a couple parts from Nona and I'm on the pro-Nona bandwagon she was great to deal with

Re: Since Nona Left Corgi On June 1st.

I can't believe i still have not heard a word form Corgi UK on this matter.....
I really do miss Nona......Not too sure what Donna is doing....But she still has yet to return my emails.
Corgi needs to get a better Customer service rep in there.

Unhappy Re: Since Nona Left Corgi On June 1st.

Just for your info lads I phoned Corgi about 3-4 weeks ago with regards in obtaining a spare part. I spoke to a member of staff who stated that Nonas post at this present time is not being filled but may be in the future. She went onto inform me that people are leaving messages etc... on an answering machine in the hope that one day Corgi may be able to get the parts but to cut a long story short, don't hold your breath.

Nona was truly a saint!

Corgi's behaviour is becoming increasingly concerning ...
