Has Corgi retired the C-130?

Does anyone know if Corgi has retired the C-130? Or has it just been put away for awhile, to be dusted off later?

Cool! Thanks for the info, smartd! Here's hoping that we'll eventually see one of the light blue Japanese H models in a decent scale.

I want another CAF version in an overall grey scheme.

Oh yeah . . . that is sharp with the six-bladed props!!! I'm still considering the mid-60s RCAF one at Perry's. It would look ultimate with my Canadian Pacific Bristol Britannia from the same era. I saw both of these 'in the flesh' several times, in those liveries, at the Prince George airport when we lived there. For a small-town Canada airport, we sure saw some ripper aircraft! Cansos, Avengers, C-46s, Convair 240s, F-86 Sabre jets, the list just goes on and on!

My Brother and I went 'home' to Prince George B.C. last week and couldn't get near any of the hangars we used to casually browse through in the early 60s. The post-911 world has even hit there. It truely sucks.

Ya the mid 60"s 436 Sqn. RCAF bird is nice. I was lucky enough to pick on of the Bay cheap a few years ago. They still pop up from time to time, but they can get up in price, just like the majority of the C-130's that show up. Pick up AA31301 Operation Deep Freeze for $20.00 a month or so ago. There are some deals at times just have to look out for them. Agree with SmartD would like to see a new RCAF grey version. Would really be sweet if Corgi started a 1/72 scale version of the Herc. Now that would be Heavy Metal!
