CG-AA36904 Ju-52 Eastern Front Dec.1941

Just recieved my 2nd Ju-52 in the mail today (bought the Corgi Minesweeper last month) and this one is a beauty! The white winter with green camouflage is fantastic! The tires are rubber too! Comes with a blue token also for you token folks. See the Flying Mules website for pics. Mine is #0510 out of ONLY 1660 made. I recommend this aircraft.

Congrats on the low cert #.. These are really great, I just looked at both today while I was picking up my Ju-88 from Onmark.. I am having to restrain myself though and hold off for the floatplane version..

Just got mine in. I like the primitive look. Those three motors just adds a certain feel. The only drawback is that the bright paint scheme really makes it hard to imaging that it's anything but a model. Some models you can build a diorama around and in a photograph they look almost real. Not this one.

Just finished giving mine a mild brown/dark gray wash after redoing those not very realistic meandering green lines on the upper surface, adding wingtip lights, painting the dorsal machine gun a metallic color and doing something similar to the engines. It looks a lot better and is a very nice addition to my collection. Even if you aren't up to making the other changes, a very lightly applied wash makes a huge difference on a bird like this one, due primarily to the ribbing.

Congrats on your low cert no Mike having purchased the minesweeper last month I have been looking forward to the winter camo version which should be with me at the end of this month I can see myself getting several variants of this bird in the future though I have to say I will pass on the one with floats.

I mistaken the certificate number. It is number #0510 out of 1660. Should of had my glasses on. Or even better not have that tasty English Tadcaster Oatmeat Stout when I opened the shipping box yesterday.

The floatplane version is one the list too Louie. The White/Green Russian Front Ju-52 is the one I wanted to bring to the "Show & Tell" the other night. I thought it would come in the mail that day but it was a day late.
