| Re: Scratching my head over Corgi Warbirds I have acquired quite a few warbirds recently, overall, their quality is as good as AA series, except for no guns holes on planes like spitfire and hurricane, and no pilot and swazi, strangely, the Bar Me 262 has a swazi on it?? The reason I purchase warbirds are to fill gaps in my collections, those planes that I m lukewarm abt, like I don't mind having them but are not willing to pay full AA prices for it. I am a luftwaffe fanatic, all AAs, and no warbrids, yet, but for other nations, I got myself a few warbirds: spitfire, lancaster, zero, p-47, p-51, typhoon and will get a p-38 when it comes out, to add to my rather small AA collection of those, i just have one AA of each that are mentioned above. | |||||||||||||

| Re: Scratching my head over Corgi Warbirds I only have 2 warbirds. Wick's 109 and Bader's Spit - feeling a wee bit left behind. They are great models and am definately planning to get more. Good gap fillers at a good price - but it's a pity aboput the pilots. It looks a bit strange having a plane displayed in the flying position without a pilot. Maybe Corgi should consider pilots for future models (I hope they're listening)!!! | |||||||||||||

| Re: Scratching my head over Corgi Warbirds I can't figure out this range. Some planes as you say are very well done. So why not do them as full AAs? | |||||||||||||
