Contacting Corgi/parts request

Hi! I just returned from a wonderful Bavarian vacation and had a 1/32 Mosquito waiting for me. Three of its four sets of exhaust pipes are "left side" versions. I've seen some posts here refer to a very helpful Nona at Corgi. Anyone happen to know the best way to go about contacting her? Thanks so much!

Re: Contacting Corgi/parts request

Among the wise and learned members does anyone have a contact still working in the UK office who can help with spare parts? I broke a Hurricane canopy while trying to upgrade a Warbird with a pilot.

Re: Contacting Corgi/parts request

Try the following and mark you Email for the attention of Nona.

info(a)corgiclassics.co.uk

I have used it several times and the bits have always arrived very promptly. I seldom get a an email in reply but they have never yet failed to send what I ask for.

Don't forget to include your name and address.

Here is a post from an earlier thread that answers your question Shamrock. Datacroft is correct, Nona will help you out if it is in her power, she's truly a class act. If you're not in the UK, expect a (nominal) fee for shipping, especially if you're asking for a lot of stuff.

Re: Contacting Corgi/parts request

Thanks so much, Pappy! Perfect timing, too, as a (new) 1/32 Sea Hurricane just arrived without a canopy. Are missing parts common with the 1/32 line or have I been unlucky?

Checking,
Hey there.

I've got about 8-10 Corgi 1:32's and I've never had a part missing.

Anything for a weird life.

Re: Contacting Corgi/parts request

Most missing parts with my models be they Dragon, Corgi, or HM are my own fault -- and the depth of my carpeting .... The only model I've ever received that arrived with missing parts was the new Corgi Galland (no closed gear doors), which was a replacement for my first copy of this model that arrived without an aerial (number 2 did have the aerial)... oiye!

Nona is apparently sorting it out for me as the original vendor was out of the model... and they're sending a few replacement tips for my He-111s.... they did not ask for shipping $ either.

(maybe they saw my site and know how sick I am

Same for me and both parts are on the way now with no shipping charge. Very very good business practice there.
