Unhappy Corgi losing it's most loved asset

Today I found out that the Sainted One will be leaving Corgi next Friday, 1st June.

This has got to be one of the most saddest departures from Corgi.

Nona has been the best ambassador Corgi have ever had.

She has always been very helpful and has sorted things out for me and I know many others on many, many occasions.
The service she has provided has never been anything short of fast, friendly and efficient.

I for one will sorely miss Nona and I know there's plenty of others on here that will feel the same.

Re: Contacting Corgi/parts request

That is so sad Nona is gone after June 1st.......She is the best they have...
I wish her all the best what ever she does in the future she is a really great customer service person.
Most of all she cares.

Re: Contacting Corgi/parts request

Sad news. I doubt they will find a replacement as efficient and helpful as Nona. I haven't felt like this since Desmond Llewellyn quit as Q in the James Bond films.

I'd like to thank Nona for help in the three or four instances I called upon her in the past. She was always prompt and courteous with a reply, and did her best to fill my requests. Best of luck to her in all her future endeavours.

Very best wishes to Nona, but very sad news for us and for Corgi.

Re: Contacting Corgi/parts request

I am very sorry to hear this. Nona has done a great job and helped me out several times over the past two years. Good luck to her! (And may her replacement be as competent!)

Re: Contacting Corgi/parts request

On the forum across the pond Nona wrote a nice post to the members over there.
She has been with Corgi over 17yrs ....That's a long time..She will be missed on both sides of the pond.
Best wishes to you Nona..

Drat and double drat! Missed this post earlier. Too late to send her a mail. I've got to agree that Nonas' service was absolutely excellent. I will sorely miss her.

Question Re: Contacting Corgi/parts request

Does anyone know if Corgi has a new saint in customer service? I just received the Merlins Over Malta Legends set (AA99182) via Ebay and the Spitfire is missing a wheel.
I guess I'll try the info(a)corgiclassics.co.uk e-mail and see who / if anyone responds...

Nrrrm! Whoosh! Rat-tat-tat!
