AA36902 Corgi JU-52 Pictures

Well i got my Corgi JU-52 and i have to say she is so sweet...
This is one of my favorite German aircrafts that i have...I left the ring off of it and will put it on later.
Even the Corgi cover sleeve has the ring off the picture as well.
This is really one nice JU-52 to have ....I would write you a review but i'm a little short on time right now.
But i did snap a few pictures without the ring on it.
These pictures didn't turn out very well due to lighting..tube burned out..sorry.
Enjoy.

Re: AA36902 Corgi JU-52 Pictures

Thanks Starman.

I ordered this 2 days ago even though I said I'd wait. Paid $105 shipped and thought that would be hard to beat. It looks to be a very nice model and I figure if another comes out I like better, I might be able to get my money out of it.

Re: AA36902 Corgi JU-52 Pictures

I had no intention of getting one of these (was waiting for the snow camo.) but must admit that I'm very tempted, especially since I found out that the magnetic ring is optional (is it metal [?]) - two Ju 52s for the price of one sounds like a bargain to me

(This is also a generic service livery that is very representative of this particular 'breed' of aircraft .)

Cool pics Starman. Great insight into the use of that ring.

Re: AA36902 Corgi JU-52 Pictures

So did Corgi ever do a silver one with black tails on the engine and the red tail with Swazi on it? That would be one I'd go for. Or a Fallschirmjager transport for the Crete Drop. Otherwise, a boring bird.
