Re: New Releases Soon?

Very few of Corgi's US bombers have exciting records, two sat the war out in Switzerland if I'm not mistaken. The reason I'd like a Dugan is because my late Grandfather pitched in some to help restore the bird. Something I found out after his passing. That is reason enough for me.

I have seen the Dugan many times Shawn, it is a superb example of great restoration work.
I like to collect models that are resident in museums even if their wartime history is not significant.

Just my own personal viewpoint.

God Bless America.

I'm trying to decide if I want to modify Michigan or Booby Trap to make Dugan. Of course I'd need help with the markings. I'm no good at making my own on a computer. Still Corgi does several Duxford examples, I think this would be a great late war bare metal ETO B-24.

Flying Tigers has US34311 FOCKE WULF FW 190A on it's site. I thought this one was cancelled earlier this year...?

It's a good reason - there is a lot more to a Warbird's history than its military record .

The efforts to preserve and restore a classic aircraft are in themselves a significant part of that particular aircraft's history and should be celebrated as such (another reason why Sentimental Journey is a great B17 - it was also a firefighter prior to its current career ).

One sheep to rule them all ...

Just the pics at Tricatus and the Mule. the only pic at the Mule has the mine sweeping ring on it. Tricatus does not, still has pre pro pics.

Has anyone seen any pictures of this minesweeper?
