Corgi Club Mustang!!!

As posted on the Club forum..

Hi Collectors,
I just finalized the mailing details with our warehouse and all active members will receive their Club piece, a Gold Plated P51 Mustang with a Collector's Card very very soon. I know that many of you have been waiting very patiently for this piece but I think that you will be very pleased with this great Corgi Limited Edition plane for your collections.
Best wishes,
Alyssa Friedman
Club Coordinator

So, good news is just around the corner!!!

Re: Corgi Club Mustang!!!

I can't wait to see it.

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.

Re: Corgi Club Mustang!!!

oh whoop-dee-dee, it might as well be gold-plated dog poo...Remember, guys - It's a CORGI Mustang!!

Like the old fella in Christine so sagely stated -"Ya can't polish a turd" (but I guess you can slosh a thin layer of gold over it)....okay so I added the last bit myself.

The preceding editorial opinion was strictly that of SKUNKY and does not necessarily represent the opinions of any sane individual or their affiliates living or dead.

I think everyone has an opinion on the Corgi Mustang, but I won't be one to gripe considering it is a LIMITED Club piece and it is free...

Re: Corgi Club Mustang!!!

Mine just showed up. It's ok. The shipping box is the AA box and is, amazingly, in pretty good shape despite the postage stickers.

My wife was not impressed and suggested I should give it to my 2 year old. I may not do that just yet.

Re: Corgi Club Mustang!!!

Oh..interesting. can't wait for skuny's reaction

Maybe you should do with it what I do with my Speccast Gold Boyington Corsair -- I only take it out of hiding... er, I mean storage, at Christmas time. It's known in our house as "the christmas plane" and is the only model I am allowed to display in our home, outside the confines of my office that is!
