(Whispering ), Its worse than you think, I bought the IXO P40n, shhh I hope nobody is listening!

Don't feel bad jim. The IXO P-40N can be a decent model if you put a little time and effort into it.

So Skunky, are you going to buy this new Corgi P-40? After all it's got your nickname on the nose and it's mostly painted black. Just repaint the red to white and it will be a real signature piece for you.

Re: AA35214 Curtiss P-40F Warhawk "Stud"

Thanks Skunky. Hope Corgi goes through with it and releases this model. I'm eventually going to get one too. I was thinking of refurbishing one of my Corgi Bradley "F"s but that would be way too much work!

Re: AA35214 Curtiss P-40F Warhawk "Stud"

Just received "Stud", and it's a real kick. Well put together, semi-gloss paint, fun catch-me-if-you-can camo. I don't usually display AA's (only enough room for a few Matchbox and most Legends), but this one is just too much fun to be left in the box! If you want to get back a little of the missing fun in collecting, go ahead and splurge on this model. You won't be disappointed (and, no, that isn't a money back guarantee!).
