Fw-190A question

While dusting the old collection recently I took a closer look at a Fw-190 I have but didnt recall much about it or what prompted me to buy it. The Tricatus site has it as AA34302. Does anyone know if this one was a popular model and what type of value it may have in todays market if any. For the life of me I've just gone completely braindead on this one.

Re: Fw-190A question

This Fw-190 is one of the more popular 190 schemes.. It should fetch a decent buck, probably $30-$50+ and if you decide you don't need it, let me know..

Re: Fw-190A question

It is quit popular been chasing this one for a while now also. Kind of set it aside at the beginning of this year when Corgi announced AA34311 but now that one is cancelled so I have been keeping my eye open for this one again. ave seen them go as high as $75 and missed a few down in the $40's. Its a keeper.

Re: Fw-190A question

I'm very exited for when the lastest "Eagle of the Reich" FW-190 is released. Anyone have any decent pictures?

Like "Black Double Chevron" it has a checkerboard nose but the camo scheme is black and gray.

Unfortunately Corgi cancelled this release I believe, maybe it will be out next year. Many collectors were eager for this scheme. Can't figure out why?

Well, I can tell you one thing that may have prompted you to buy it. There wasn't ten thousand diecast models on the market in 2003 when it was released. I think that Corgi was the only one who produced a Fw190 back then. I 'm not positive of that, but the recollection seems plausible.

Re: Fw-190A question

I've seen this one on ebay recently and was surprised to see it go for a lowish price. Can't remember for how much but it was in pounds. When the Fw190s were released I opted for the first one. The second however was much more popular and very soon not available in online stores. Were they were, they had a significant price premium. Strange how things change over time. Lots of earlier models aren't fetching the high prices they once did.
