Corgi 1:32 Hawker Sea Hurricane

Well i got my 1:32 Sea Hurricane today from FM and i must say i'm very happy with it.
I thought it be like the other 1:32 Hurricane's that Corgi made and it's not they really did a outstanding job on this one.
I have only seen 3 different Hurricanes in 1:32 scale and this Sea Hurri is way better then the Park Hurricane.
Check out the pics.

Re: Corgi 1:32 Hawker Sea Hurricane

Nice photos. I've been constantly tempted by this one, being a Sea Hurricane and all, but it would end up being the long 1/32 in my collection. I keep hoping to see one from Corgi in 1/72.

Or a Hurricat- that would be cool!

Re: Corgi 1:32 Hawker Sea Hurricane

I got mine last week and couldn't be more pleased.

What's really weird is to see the size difference between it and the Bader Spitfire I have next to it. The Hurricane looks like a huge beast next to the Spit's trim lines.

Re: Corgi 1:32 Hawker Sea Hurricane

The Bader is fine. The Sea Hurri is gorgeous. The best thing is having both... and a 1:32 Spit, and a 1:32 Bf109 (Hartmann or Barkhorn, or BOTH!)

But the Sea Hurri is probably the pick of the Hurri litter... at least in my humble view.

Cheers, pieceOfCake

Sea Hurri is definitely the pick of the bunch IMHO. Pilot looks a bit of a muppet though.

I would echo your sentiments PieceOfCake .

I received both the Bader and Sea Hurricanes yesterday (together with the Ehrle Bf109) and was impressed with both of them .

Although they've been much maligned by some critics and have some minor issues (e.g. shape of nose), they are nevertheless great pieces of (heavy) die-cast that appear to have been subject to a high level of QC in the manufacturing process .

Personally, I like 'em, like them a lot ...
