Model Zone Hurri

A friend of mine recently traveled to London and was kind enough to pick up for me the MZ special commission blue Hurricane. However, rather than carry it back on the plane, as originally planned, he shipped it back to the U.S. Unfortunately, Royal mail trashed the box. The plane is fine but the box is in bad shape.

Anyone know if there is a way to get a replacement box? I know, I know- it's only cardboard. But, all things being equal, I'd rather have a box in good shape.

Yes indeed. The color of blue gray contrasting with the camo tail is visually appealing to me. If I get a chance, I'll post some pics.

BTW, the plastic tray in the box which holds the plane is coated in the same type of felt material as the Gemini Aces models, though I do not recall other recent Corgi model packaging being the same.

Re: Pics of MZ Hurri

Holy oversized images, Batman! Sorry, didn't mean to make those so big. Here are smaller versions.

Also didn't realize how much of the box velvet lining was rubbing off on the model. Time for some aerosol duster

1/72nd

I have this one and the Mosquito waiting for me under the parents Christmas tree. You can still get them online. They had all of their exclusives still available the last time I looked in late October.
