Re: More Additions

Merritec, you are not biased. The Canadian Wimpey is THE classic color scheme for it since so many squadrons operated it like this.

Yes, but as it is Canadian, I would of bought it in the wrong colours. Just lucked out that Corgi did a fine job.

Re: More Additions

Too much of an angle? As if the plane was climbing? That black square bit on top of the stand rotates so you can level it out.

I'd like to get the RCAF Welly, and could be doing so very soon.

Tried that Wespen but it's like that black square bit is not tight enough for the hole in the fuselage so i get a steep climb or descent effect so I"ve positioned it in a banking left position perhaps it is just a defective piece.

Re: More Additions

Oh dear! I take it that the square bit is pushed in as firmly as you can get it?

There are no end of defects in corgis these days. Trying writing to corgi explaining your problem and i'm sure they can't possibly charge you for a new one.

Re: More Additions

Hurriup, as has been discussed elsewhere on the forum, you could try wrapping some tape around the black nub, that should tighten things up for you.

Unhappy Re: More Additions

My SEAC Welly backs left at an alarming angle with the port wing not much more than an inch off of the deck. Given the size & weight of this diecast, surely it deserved a cradle type attachment rather than a rubber bung up its butt

Re: More Additions

I have just bought the RCAF Wellington for the cheapest price around - £42.95 and it is yet to arrive.
