Re: Corgi Me-262 2 seater

From the seller id it looks like Corgi's clearing out the attic!

Re: Corgi Me-262 2 seater

Hmmm... AA35701 is the Corgi Legends release of Adolf Galland's single-seat White 3 Me262. Could this actually be the first shot of Dragon's Me262 two-seater, instead? Very confusing.

Re: Corgi Me-262 2 seater

I would think that could only come from Corgi.
They seem to have other samples for sell as well.
Looks to me their getting rid of some of their product samples
they no longer need.

Re: Corgi Me-262 2 seater

I think they make these up with a selection of available options fitted. It's not necessarily a copy of a production version that has been released.

If you see on the bottom it has bomb's as well. Hopefully this means that with any luck we will see the fighter bomber and 2 seat versions coming in the future.

It will make a very interesting addition to someone’s collection. A little past my price range already though.

Definitely a two-seater, maybe an idea scrapped after Dragon produced theirs??

That's interesting, I'm glad that they are making these available to the general public. Let's hope the money goes to the R&D department if I win.

Re: Corgi Me-262 2 seater

I had just got a email from Corgi.
We’ve got a great selection of Corgi exclusive models which are being auctioned right now on ebay.co.uk. The 26 auctions, which are due to end on Friday 8th December at 8pm GMT, include signed Corgi models, one-off PP samples and original packaging artworks! Each auction piece comes with a certificate of authenticity from Corgi - what a perfect Christmas present for the collector who thinks they’ve got everything!
Check it out..

Re: Corgi Me-262 2 seater

I remember that martin gave us a hint on the old forum that the corgi mold was prepared for one and two seat versions....so with a bit of luck we'll see the two seaters in the 2008 catalogue.
