B-17 tail wheel

Hey guys. I am in great need of a B-17 tail wheel in the down position. I bought a Sentimental Journey and it came without the tail wheel, but I don't want to return it for another because it is a low serial number.

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.

Send an email to St. Nona at Corgi HQ:
info@corgiclassics.co.uk
She should be able to help you out.

Re: B-17 tail wheel

I had the chance to crawl through her at Oshkosh last year. They do very nice job keeping her in the air. The '17 is my favorite airplane. I have a 1/48th scale FM Memphis Belle, two 48th plastic kits I built one is CHowhound the other is the Thunderbird. As for the Corgi's I ahve 909-worked on the restoration of the Colling's Foundation B-17, SJ-saw at oshkosh, Memphis Belle-work on at NMUSAF, BOL-I flew Fuddy Duddy, and got it because the paint schemes are very similar, and I have the Pacific one on preorder. I am kind of nuts for the B-17. All of this B-17 stuff , and I own a T-6!!

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.

Re: B-17 tail wheel

Nora is a wonderful Corgi "rep", I needed the nose piece for a B-17 and some showcase stands. I had them within a week.
