Whoa!...for a second there I thought someone was impersonating me (poorly), as initially I didn't recognize either the thread or my comments...I think I must be in the early stages of........ummmm, what do they call that disease where ya don't remember stuff?

I saw one of them once, even held it, heck, had it on my shelf...........very nice piece.....hmm....where did it go?? oh yeah....MD, how is it doing over there?

Thanks Waltz41 - this thread is actually a little dated but Jim saw fit to dredge it up . I've since acquired a sufficient fleet of Spits, including both the 'Kiwi' and 'Grumpy' versions to keep my 'Battle Scarred' version company .

Still waiting for my Grumpy to land, could it be the Kiwi's have trumped the Aussie's again ???

I hope your 'Grumpy' lands soon Dilligafocau - mine arrived a week ago and was perfect except for 'wobbly prop' syndrome (which was easily fixed as the spinner was not glued on tightly) . Thanks again for also alerting me to what was a great deal .
