Does anybody know anything about the status of AA33709 BoB Heinkel He111 with the Sights and Sounds base? Did I miss something? What happened to it? Lost over the Channel? I heard rumor of de-cert already...

I know the Mosquito was cancelled, but am waiting on confirmation from Corgi about the He-111.

Last i was hearing about it.
It will be out sometime in Nov 2006.
Dealers are still taking pre-orders on the AA33701 so it's still coming out

Thanks for the word. There's nothing terribly wrong with the Sights and Sounds models that ditching the base doesn't fix. Oh, the occasional gaffe in terms of accuracy, but we get that with the AA releases. If you can get them at a good price then its OK. The He111 is a good casting.
