They are sweet. The Lanc has different markings on either side right?
Do the fighters have the same treatment or are they full, one aircraft markings?

Both the Spitfire and Hurricane have the full squadron markings depicting the wartime aircraft. The Hurricane looks great but the Spitfire is dated compared to the Gemini offerings.

I sent an e-mail to Modelzone and they indicated that the Croydon Store is still doing international shipments. So, if you want the lanc and / or other 2 as separate models, and are willing to pay about £45 in shipping you could buy them direct. With the set going for $850 USD in the last auction I saw, the £45 seemed cheap!

As this set costs a LOT of money & some of the lads on the other forum have moaned about the packaging that Modelzone have sent out recently..... may I suggest that WHEN ya call, you ask for Sarah, (currently) the Assistant Manager(ess) @ M.Z. Croydon (branch).

I phoned & spoke to her just before Christmas to order Two Corgi Catalina's (as they were so cheap).

She dealt with my call efficiently & reassured me that they would be well packaged - "I'll make a note" she said.

Once she'd taken my order, she phoned me back later that afternoon to say she'd sorted them out & they were ready to go.

Guys - Whoever you DO end up speaking to at the Croydon-branch (shop), make sure you stress about the packaging & your concern that it arrives in good 'nick' !!!!!!!!!
But speak to Sarah if you can - sounds like she knows her stuff & deals with customers efficiently
