Re: Corgi 2007 Releases: WWII Night Mission*

Don't you mean 2009 Since the 2007 stuff won't be out until 2008.

If I can't get this stuff before I'm 60 I give up!

I guess the only way we're going to get a C-47 is make it ourselves.....do you know at what temperature zinc melts.....I've got a pot on the stove with some Corgi Mustangs in it, but they're just sitting there smoking

I'm not sure, but you might ask my wife-she almost melted our tea kettle on the stove the other day!

Tea kettles are made of Zinc???: That's it! We should start a MHII corporation and require all 200+ members to purchase every tea kettle around the world. We could get the guys on the UK forum involved too (they know the tea kettle business). The guy who loveshisplanes and CFAC/DC will convice them. We, being mostly Americans, would be in charge of the kettles and decide what to do. Just like they deferred to IKE. They're used to letting the Americans make big decissions. And everything goes so flawlessly when we're in charge. Once we have all the kettles we could corner the diecast aircraft market and dictate what models and schemes will be produced.

Don't forget the targets are my airfields, Leigh-Mallory, and you're not getting fifty, you're not even getting ten.

And all the planes will whistle when you spin the propellers!

Didnt President Reagan often phone Mrs Thatcher for advise before making big decisions

Re: Corgi 2007 Releases to look much better than pics.

One thing to note, these aircraft should look much better than the photos depict. Corgi's prototype pictures, which are also featured on the exterior of the box, are notoriously lousy and not representative of the product enclosed.

No, it was his WIFE that consulted an astrologer.
