There is a company called Sanger that has a vacuform 1/48th scale Sunderland in the works. They have a Short Stirling, Avro Lincoln, Avro Anson, Airspeed Horsa, and a Waco CG-4A in 1/48th scale vacuform kits too. | ||||||||||||||

| Re: 1/72 Airfix Sunderland I dont touch vac formed kits . too much work involved ,no detail ( to me they are a waste of money ) The commissions i build are not weathered unless asked for .I do of course weather models ( well my own anyway) . I am assuming that the commissions are displayed alongside corgi diecast and they are not weathered normally . | |||||||||||||

Corgi's 1:144th scale versions were quite good. Altaya also has a Sunderland on its Bombers of WWII menu, again in 1:144th. | ||||||||||||||
