Re: 1/72 kingfisher and anson

O.K Guys

Some good news!.

I have been in contact with a kit manufacturer and i have had good feedback to looking into producing 1/72 and 1/48 th pilots . seated , standing posing etc . As i cant find anyone who produces them. I have sent a long and detailed e-mail on what i believe the market wants. I did condirm that i want 500 1/72 and 500 1/48th .So at least on paper they have an order. I am waiting for a reply and will hopefully hear in next few days .

It was from Production Manager . I will refrain from giving company and name of person who i am in contact with until i have confirmation of a green light. I will copy and paste reply on forum .. Under a new Thread .

Admins if i break rules on posting please p.m or e-mail me .I do not wish to upset or offend anyone .

No harm done Chris. I would recommend that if you do get these to sell, place the new thread in the classifieds or self promotion parts of the market place, so you can post links as needed. That area may give you a bit more exposure for sales as well.

He is looking into new tooling for figures and will let me know . I wont be a re-seller .. non profit .If they produce figures and anyone wants some etc . it will be whatever i pay + shipping/postage to you . The company is looking into the market to see if it is fesable proposition. I personally hope so and i guess many of you guys too .

Re: 1/72 kingfisher and anson

Great job Chris. By the way, as was already suggested, it might be a good idea to start a new thread on this subject titled "seated pilot figures" or something along that line. You might repeat some of the relevant posts about this special investigation you have undertaken so members who may have missed the first round can become aware and, hopefully participate. Again, thanks for taking the initiative.
