| Italeri's 1/72 diecast AH-64D So, after many months of debate, I finally decided to get one. This diecast shows up on your doorstep 95% completed. You have to add the rotor blade assembly and a few small parts attached to the aircraft. Other than my chaingun barrel being bent and noticeable seams along the cockpit, it is a good diecast. But I can't stand the marking on the front of the aircraft. It makes the aircraft appear to be a factory prototype instead of an aircraft in the force somewhere. But, heck, it is a 1/72 Apache that isn't a plastic kit, so it fits on my collection shelf. Anyways, here's some pics. I placed my Corgi UH-60 next to it for a good comparison. ![]() ![]() ![]() | |||||||||||||
