Smile My 1/72 and 1/144 armor vehicles collection

Hello

My name is Rafal. I'm from Poland and i can show my die-cast armor vehicles colection. Now i have over 400 models. Half is 1:72 (Dragon Armor, Force of Valor, Easy Model, Altaya and polish models from "Czolgi swiata") and half is 1:144 (Can.Do, Takara, Trumpeter and Metal Troops). I am collecting models over two years. It isn't possible in Poland so to buy many models it is necessary to import models from Asia or U.S.
My english is not good and i use translator. I hope that it isn't a problem.

Now my best model is 20051 Special 1:144 from Can.Do - Tiger I "Wittman" .

All my colection model it is possible to watch on the My side.

Re: My 1/72 and 1/144 armor vehicles collection

Thanks.

I am interested in a military science from a child. I am collecting models for two years.

Shelves to models these are my own idea and the workmanship. I am buying chipboards cut up to the appropriate dimension and I am drilling as well as I am assemblying shelves up to the dimension. Very much curiously it is looking out.

Hobby Master 1/72 scale Ground Power Series HG3302 Polish Army T-55A w/AA MG "3369"

Re: My 1/72 and 1/144 armor vehicles collection

Welcome, Samik. That's a very impressive collection. You mentioned some Polish-made models. Can you tell us any more about these in terms of quality, subject matter, etc.? Are some unusual AFV's available via Polish sources that we don't normally see in the States or Western Europe?

Re: My 1/72 and 1/144 armor vehicles collection

There is a spent collection of tanks in Europe from the Altaya company. He is spreading them with Deagostini. The Polish publishing company dropped series "Tanks of world" which is copied exactly from Altaya tanks. Apparently they look the same but still the quality is worse. As the example I will present the Abrams tank, T-34 and Panther. One can see the difference in making models for instance after wheels or accessories of the tank. In Abrams one can also see after the aerial and the windspeed indicator. Sometimes they are changing labels or even entire camouflage of the tank what one can see after T-34. Models are coming out exactly the same from the Altaya company so what not much is being payed to buy them. Even small display cases are worse. Models are probably produced in China.

Abrams from Altaya:

I hope that you understand what I wrote, because I must admit that I am gluing in what the translator will explain me.

Thanks for the info. I was hoping that something other than Altaya models might be available. I bought one via ebay a year ago---a Somua S-35--- and the quality, if that is the right word, was terrible. Of course some will be better than others, so I hope you have a few of Altaya's better models.
