My newest additon

Here is my first modern fighter to be added to my collection the F-117 Nighthawk and will not be the last.

 

1/72 is the MASTER scale!

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.

Sun Star 1/72 scale


I was thinking it was a Sunstar but couldn't tell very well by the pictures...I use to have that one ..
It's really the only 1:72 F-117 thats any good.

I also have this one and like it. I wish they would make the B-2 in 1/72 scale also. Would look great along the side with this one.

I also have this one and like it. I wish they would make the B-2 in 1/72 scale also. Would look great along the side with this one.

Yeah, that would look awesome next to the Nighthawk but I think it will be awhile till they make a 1/72 B-2 cause it would be pretty big. its wigspan would be about 28 1/2 in. even bigger than a B-29 in 1/72. I can only dream.

That's a fine looking model airasair. I have the F-117 from Italeri in 1:100 scale and I quite like it.

The landing gear are there they are just hidden in the shadow the plane is casting due to its elevated position and the lighting.
