Re: How Many Four Engined Biggies Do You Have?

I've got five four engined "heavies" so far - 2 Corgi Lancasters ("Phantom of the Ruhr" and the RCAF) and 3 Corgi B-24s ("Jerks Natural", "Booby Trap" and "Sleepy Time Gal").

I have one Corgi Halifax pre-ordered ("Friday the 13th") and I'm not planning on adding any more brutes to my collection this year.

I have 5 four engined bombers:

2 x Lancs - S - Sugar and KM-B (Rhodesia)
2 x B17s - Bit 'O Lace and Miss Minookie
1 x B24 - Sleepy Time Gal

I intend getting Halifax Friday the Thirteenth. Should a Fw Condor, Short Sunderland or Emily come along I'll have them in short order too.

Re: How Many Four Engined Biggies Do You Have?

I seem to have loads of twin-engined ones, and only a few heavies. Mine are:

B-24 - Dragon and its Tail
B-17 - Miss Minookie (I intend to replace it with SJ, though)
Lanc - Mickey the Moocher
(all 1/72)

Although these may represent the biggest plane, the true heavyweight in my collection is twin-engined: my Marushin G4M Betty Bomber. I wouldn't know where to put those 1/48 4-engined beasts you refer to, though - this is a small country I live in!
