Sorry CC but I didnt take any, My German buddies made it a surprise visit for me and I didnt have a camera . If I could think of the museums name I could direct you to the website that I am sure they have. Can any member help out please? I do remember that there is a picture of the engine on their website. There are also some very rare aircraft there. If only I could remember. It was a former Luftwaffe training base. | ||||||||||||||

I'm with you Smartd, it is the logical one to wrap up the RAF 'Heavies" And along with ZS I think the Sunderland would be another winner. | ||||||||||||||

| my picks are as follows 1. Stirling 2. A -20 boston 3.FW200 condor 4. B-29 5.Bristol Beaufort 6.Martin B-26 Marauder 7.Mitsubishi G4M1 8.Lockheed PV-1 Ventura/ PV-2 Harpoon Not in any Particular order but you could do some interesting and diverse markings with most of these types...{edit} oh I know its not really a heavy but I would love to see a Westland whirlwind | |||||||||||||
