| Re: My Matcbbox Collection: Part 1
I've got about 400 diecast planes on display plus about 600 in storage. These include numerous Atlas, Italeri, IXO, Model Power and Altaya planes as well those made by the diecast "Establishment", such as it is. In addition, there are about the same number of plastic, with, perhaps 250 on display. These include various kit-makes, a few WW II recognition models and lots of my custom made solid resin castings dating back to the 1990s. I also am expanding my tank and AFV collection, which nowtotals about 150 items. The numbers may seem huge, but I no longer buy "extras" the way I once did. Except for "novelty" lines, such as Altaya's new 1;144th scale Bombers Of WW II, I probably purchase about 75 models per year, and give away some from my "bin" to make room. | ||||||||||||||
