Some Diecast Italian Aircraft

Most of my Italian diecast collection consists of repaints. A number of manufacturers provided these models. Can you pick them out?

Re: Some Diecast Italian Aircraft

Nice looking collection.I wonder if HM will come through and do either the Macchi C.202 or C.205 (More so the C.202). In addition I would really like to see a nice 1/72nd scale Fiat Cr 42 to sit next to my Gloster Gladiators.

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.

I couldn't agree more. Meanwhile, we will have to rely on Altaya, which has three more Italian bombers--the Piaggio P.108, SM-79 and Fiat BR 20---scheduled for production. I suspect that the SM-81 will also be added to this list and I hope they go two steps farther and do an SM-82 and a Cant Z- 506. The latter would be a great addition to my growing flying boat collection.

All those planes are good looking and have some really interesting looking paint schemes, just wonder why they have been ignored by most diecast model manufacturers.
