Re: Wings of Texaco

Started collecting these when they first came out. Initially I picked up two of each to display one and have one in the box behind it, but started to run out of space so settle with just picking up one of the last few. I hope one of these days they put out a nice Stinson Reliant for this series.

Being a seaplane fan, I really like my Grumman Goose and as a bonus it is 1/48!

Re: Wings of Texaco

I have a few of them. They are cool. The Goose is great as well.

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.

You would probably like their 1936 Keystone-Loening Seaplane too. It was Wings of Texaco #8.

Re: Wings of Texaco

I love the Spartan . By the way, the real Texaco Mystery Ship is preserved in the Kalamazoo Air Zoo.

Yes I know, on our way up to TOM 2007 we stopped by there and were really impressed with the museum. I will go back sometime.

No, I only have the red one.
