Re: Armour Addict's collection (Major Update)

Fantastic collection Armour Addict, you have a really good range of different models and I like the way you have them displayed. There are so many cool collections on here, I love seeing what other people have got and how they display them.

I have just got back into collecting diecast again after a break of a few years. I had to sell most of my collection because I needed some money for other things but I've started to build it back up again over the last few months. I'll post some pics of my very modest collection soon.

I'm just looking at this collection again. Armour Addict, you rule man.

Thanks a lot Ara!

I just finished dismantling my Detolfs. They are finally going to be welded...

Here is my personal diecast chaos.

Thank you very much Ace!

At first I sticked to jets but after a while I went down the slippery slope and found renewed interest in WWII models. Now I have quite some props, too. Apart from that I am a Hornet buff. Currently at 27 and several more incoming.

Well, if you are looking for something specific don't hestitate to ask!

I am looking forward to see your collection!

Hi AA,
are these all the planes you got or do you have more? Do you only collect FM?

We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives.

At the start of the post there are pics of what I have. I have several more which are still in box plus some "extras" for trading.

No, I collect 1/48 scaled models. Since FM has the broadest range most of my collection is FM/A.

I also have an Eagles International P-51B, a Marushin Zero, a Hobbymaster Buffalo, two AH-6 and several plastic models.

Nah, this is only temporary since I dismantled the six detolfs I have. These are going to get additional shelves so I will have space for additional 24 1/48 scale jets.

So I had to park the content of the detolfs on the floor. Reminds me of AMARC

Thumbs up Re: Armour Addict's collection (Major Update)

Great collection AA. What are the dimensions and thickness of your glass shelves in inches?

Re: Armour Addict's collection (Major Update)

Hey, AA, I see you got yourself a nice MiG-25! Excellent!

I wish someone made that in diecast...

Anyway, hope you get your Detolfs back soon. Then I can come back to visit and see your new improved set-up.
