Re: Armour Addict's collection (Major Update)

I like that Scorpion 2.

Unfortunately my Scorpion 1 has a broken cockpit as it was a ex diplay in a model shop. But i can't complain to much as I only payed £15.00 for it!

I think I will eventually add some more F117's to my collection.

Yes, my mother and sister also think im a bit mad spending so much money on Diecast aircraft!
But once you buy one it's hard to stop!

It is really a nice paint scheme! Have you seen the F-117B RAF "prototype"?

Oh, okay! That always hurts. I also have some models which were dead on arrival or are spare parts carrier now.

Ah well, as long as you don't have to take up money at a bank to finance your hobby it's okay. And the good thing about collecting diecast is that the money ain't gone. Some models have a nice investment growth, too.

Yeah, I am pretty much addicted to collecting by now.

Now that you mention it, I do recall seeing the RAF version somewhere. Is it a rare model to get hold off?

Yes, it is very hard to find nowadays. In case that you want one, I still got one mint in box. Send me an PM if you should be interested.

Hi FVD,

Was lucky to get that one in the UK. Shipping wasn't too bad either.

The Tico is a 1/700 scale build plastic model which I got for a couple of € thru ebay.

I got it as company for several subs in the same scale. I will have to find a place to display them...

Hi AA,

Have you seen the new P-51C, Bill Overstreet "Berlin Express" yet? If so, what do you think?

Hi AA,

Did you just get this one? I have all the WW II & Jet AC Spanish aircraft except this one.

Hi Elmer,

I know that it just came out but I haven't seen it for real yet. I think I'll pay one of my retailers a visit and check it out.

But since the FM/A P-51s are pretty bad I don't have much interest in it anyway.

Hey IXEC,

yes the postman brought just today. I took me quite while to find this one for a decent price.

Do you also have the Spanish Starfighter?
