Re: Armour Addict's collection (Major Update)

The motor pool under The Franklin Mint has a few left.

Thanks, I have to pick one up before they are all gone.

Re: Armour Addict's collection (Major Update)

I really like the looks of your Junkers F 13, but can not seem to find a source for one. Is there a chance you could dig up its manufacturer and stock number? The model you have looks fantastic and really has me thinking I would not mind picking one of these up too.

No problem! The Model is from Franklin Mint - part number B11E316.

It's a 600 pieces limited release for the German market.

More about it in this thread: B11E312 Junkers F-13 "Lufthansa"

If you can't get one stateside send me an PM. I can get you one most definitely.

Thumbs up Re: Armour Addict's collection (Major Update)

Most impressive as usual AA ! (You make me green envious... )

Some questions if you don't mind :

Is the B50 a conversion of Monogram's B29 kit ?

Is the B1 the Revell kit ?

What about the big V22 Osprey ?

The F8 and Mig 25 are fantastic : what kits are they ?

Pse forgive my curiosity.

Vielen danke.

Thank you! You make be blush.

First of all, I bought the models already assembled. So unfortunately I do not have that much info about them.

The B-50 should be a B-29 Monogram kit with a B-50 conversion kit.

Yes, the B-1B is the Revell kit, simply amazing!

As for the rest: I got them from a guy who was selling the collection of a modeller who passed away. I think they should be Monogram kits, too. Supposedly he build them a long time ago.

No problem! I am always happy to explain what I can.

Bitte, gerne!

You're welcome! I think I would also get the version with the swimmers if I would come across one cheap.

If you like the F 13, check her bigger sister which the postman brought in today.

Right, it's a build plastic kit I obtained from the same source as discussed above.

Looks nice in comparision to the A-10 I think.

Re: Armour Addict's collection (Major Update)

Very Impressive collection, AA!!!

I see that you still have room for two limited edition CF-18's in your 'All Canadian' shelf... I have ordered mines; should have them tomorrow!

By the way, beside B679, E123, E337, E631, E632 & E633, are there more CF-18's made by Armour??

Thanks for you feedback coldupnorth!

Right! I reserved that space for the incoming E631 & E632s. I am very much looking forward to seeing them in the flesh!

Nope, not that I know of. I know that another one is currently in the making.

Besides that I am going to do a "one of a kind" CF-18 should I find the time someday...
