This just in, Cappy.....Jim died this morning as a result of a heart attack he received when he discovered his entire collection of diecast P-40s and Slim Whitman albums had been pitched to the floor in the massive 4.7 earthquake experienced in the U.K.

I will miss him.....

we are OK.....but it was a close run thing......the power was off for 2 hours and we could not make a cup of Tea

Yes very nice collection indeed. I especially like the way you have them coming down, going level, and then going back up again. Very nice unique touch.

Sorry to hear about your loss. But at least everything else is alright.

Additional diecast casualty reports from the UK are expected shortly ... Corgi Spares Dept. may be required to moblise aid packages ASAP although many diecast aircraft are reported to be beyond assistance ...

Jim last posted on 4/20. As the quake was yesterday, I assume he is on holiday or something, and that nothing bad happened to him due to the quake?

No one was killed or injured, so he should of been OK.

Skunky will be happy to hear that no one was killed or hurt, if jim was gone who would he have to bug and beside if we did not have jim on here we would just gang up on him and he know it hehheheeh
