Re: Part of the Cavtanker collection

Hi Cavtanker, You have a nice collection there. I try not to look at AFMs they are way to tempting and you guys just lead me astray. One good point to make about the tanks etc is that you can pack a lot into a small space. But then I would be tempted to start building dioramas and then where will it end. Thanks for giving us a look see.

Re: Part of the Cavtanker collection

Cavtanker,
Nice collection you have. I didn't realise there were that many modern tanks available. (I guess I'm not paying enough attention?)

However, the cow makes it great as far as I'm concerned. (This coming from a person who freely mixes his Godzilla toys and planes.)

Excellent, C/T. Great collection artistically arrayed around the house.
Not married, then?

Re: Part of the Cavtanker collection

The cow is actually a dog. And it was a gag gift from Ms. Cavtanker. I just like how it ties the whole collection together.

Re: Part of the Cavtanker collection

Well...I'm getting married this summer. Thankfully, this is a hobby she tolerates. She calls them trinkets. She knows me so well:

(on the phone...and this actually happened)
Ms. Cavtanker: What are you doing?
Mr. Cavtanker: Nothing, just playing on the internet.
Ms. Cavtanker: Oh yeah, are you at that model hangar site that you always go to?
Mr. Cavtanker: Umm....pretty much.
