I would rather prefer the one shown in the first two pics; the two in the last pic are not colourful enough for me.

AFAIR, someone posted a Marines F-8 with something like green a cloverleaf on the tailfin?! I think this would be the one which I would like to see most.

VMF-333/VMF(AW)-333 are the Shamrocks. (their designation actually depends on what model they had at the time---when they got the F-8C they were VMF, but the F-8D's radar made them VMF(AW)-----their F-8C has the best scheme (green wing stripes, and green ventral fins with white chevrons). Their F-8E is pretty plain, the only markings were the shamrocks on the tail.

Yes, the "Es", "Js", and "Ps" are what's supposed to be available. Here's a link to an older thread where it was discussed in more detail.

I'd love a VF-211 J, but I want the earlier scheme with the markings on the ventral fins. (IMHO, if a Navy plane has ventral fins, they SHOULD be painted)
