Re: A little birdie told me!

i know that yoshi will be over in the states for a quick trip next week so if it is a tomcat i'm sure you'll find out.
personally would prefer the last scheme.

Another F-14 will be nice, but I am surely hoping to hear soon about the upcoming F-8 Crusader-- such as schemes, release dates, etc. That is one I am really looking forward to.

Re: A little birdie told me!

KINGPIN:

Thanks for the info.
If you have any influence/pull with Yoshi and Century Wings, please advise him that some of us would like to see USAF jets, too----F-15C and F-15E, F-22. SR-71, etc.

I would prefer a plastic 1/32 version of the F-15, SR-71 not to mention the F-14, but it appears 21st Century is content to release almost limitless streams of 1/32 FW-190s repaints and BBI releases its impressive 1/32 F-4J and then goes back into its cave to hibernate for another year. At least diecast companies see the market for modern jets and release them, although they are smaller and more expensive than their plastic counterparts.

Re: A little birdie told me!

Thanks Kingpin,

Having been one of the unfortunates who 'discovered' Century Wings late, I missed out on the standard AJ models. I won't miss this one!

Thanks again,
Lib

Re: A little birdie told me!

While it is possible to have a "low-vis" AJ201, I seriously doubt Century would do it. It'll be the same as the previous AJ200/202/203/210.

Re: A little birdie told me!

This is beginning to look like the NASCAR thing that Rush brought up! Changing the little modex numbers is one way of getting around the "limited edition" problem.

Re: A little birdie told me!

Hey Lanslide you live near me don't you?

Anyway, for you investors I am hoping you don't lose money because CW decided to do another. I am sure the total of all of them is still much much less than any other manufacturer has made for similar products. CW is still highly regarded.

In other news...................HOORAY!!! Finally I will get one of those deaths head split tail birds.
