What Intruder schemes would you like to see.

Who knows if these threads have any effect on the manufacturers decisions, but it's fun to ponder none the less. I'm going to post both Intruder and Prowler schemes because I hope that the Prowler in the game plan.

I'll begin with a colorful Prowler, it's not my first pic, but it is the first worthy candidate that I've found in my image collection.

That's actually a very nice scheme and I like that. Hope you're right about a Prowler in the game plan too.

Re: What Intruder schemes would you like to see.

There's relatively few neat A-6 schemes that I know of, but there's a TON of great EA-6B schemes--many from Japan. Here's a nice A-6, Desert Storm era CAG I think, out of Atsugi:

And colorful Prowlers:

(This'll go great with a VF-111 F-14)

Re: What Intruder schemes would you like to see.

I second marks EA-6B, and for the A-6 I would like "Devil 505" from Flight of the Intruder. I love that movie

Cole: "Does it matter?"
Coolhand: "Hell no it doesn't matter Cole Virgil Cole".

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.

Re: What Intruder schemes would you like to see.

That second one is probably my most-wanted A-6E, I just couldn't find a pic. (Strange since I was just at that site looking at their F-14 posters) It'll go perfectly with Dragon's VFA-25 F-18C. (All the planes in that wing painted their CAG's in matching schemes in 1990)

Re: What Intruder schemes would you like to see.

I was hoping for a Marine A-6E Moonlighters but that "Eagles" one from Desert Storm is really swell. Any other schemes similar to that? Black Tail and colours etc
