Smile Re: Next Century Wings Release (after the Crusader)

There's an excellent F-14B-"Pukin' Dog" on exhibit at the North East Air Museum [www.neam.org] in Connecticut. The pictures on their website do not show the markings, unfortunately. I have some shots and will attempt to post them. It's a great lookin' bird.

Re: Next Century Wings Release (after the Crusader)

Since CW prefers the Navy, I'd like to see an EA-6B Prowler in low-visibilty paint.

Re: Next Century Wings Release (after the Crusader)

A Phantom sounds like the next best choice since they are Navy driven.

Gotta second that opinion..........BIG TIME !!!!!!!!

So many GOOD 'VF' (Navy) & 'VMF' (Marine) schemes, yet waiting to be 'covered'.

Plus it's a guaranteed seller

As long as it comes out as nice as their A.6 & A.7's

Re: Next Century Wings Release (after the Crusader)

I'd have to go along side of what Dragon53 requested. A EA-6B Prowler in a low Visibility paint Scheme. Also a A4M Skyhawk from VMA-311 or VMA214. Or to top the cake a OV-10 Bronco !

Regards,

Mike

One of each please

Re: Next Century Wings Release (after the Crusader)

I was thinking about an E-3 Hawkeye. Would it be an expensive one due the model's size in 1:72?

Re: Next Century Wings Release (after the Crusader)

I've always said an E-2 would be a good addition. It does have a larger than I realized wingspan (80 ft vs. the already wide as it is 64 ft of the F-14)

Re: Next Century Wings Release (after the Crusader)

If they do an F-14B I'd obviously love to see a VF-103 version :P They could do a Phantom but everyone is doing that right now. I have to agree I'd like to see some naval stuff that hasn't been done like an EA-6B Prowler, OV-10 Bronco or maybe S-3 Viking.

I would certainly welcome an F-4B Phantom from CW. This is a version that needs to be done but is not on anyones list to be released. Also, an S-2 would be nice to see. And if we want to talk about non-USN aircraft, I could suggest several--
