Re: CW 1/144 on their website

You only have to look at the A-6 Final Flight and the Moonlighters A-6 the former has outsold the latter.before it even became available. So yes I do expect another A-7 before the first one has been released not to mention all those previous F-14s. I'm with Skunky.

sorry, I meant that the each release isn't announced before the previous one has been done. We didn't know the Moonlighters would come out until after the first releases of the Black Panthers, and we didn't know the Final Flight until the Moonlighters came out.

Great!....Tell Yoshi 'Merry Christmas' from Skunky, and also tell him a lot of us have visions of finding beautiful, shiny black boxes containing magnificent Crusaders (preferably with optional [not moveable]-position wings/flaps) under our trees next year at this time...

Yes indeed, I'm all for that F-8, Mr. Skunky. And: an RA-5C next would be my choice!!!

Re: CW 1/144 on their website

I like the diorama idea....I posted a diorama on the Dragon Page with their new carrier deck.... I think Century could do a much better job on a carrier deck than Dragon did with cardboard...so bring on the 1/144 dioramas and if they are good then bring on a 1/72 carrier deck to match the detail on their kneeling Tomcats.

Now that's a great idea!

If ya didn't notice thats a CAT lined up on the cat. As they were called on the flatops And it looks like its a little over done
the center should be flush with the deck and no raised rails on the sides.

Re: CW 1/144 on their website

I like this idea. I still want CW's main focus to be 1/72 navy jets, but I have enough other 1/144 airplanes that having a couple of F-14s will make a nice bridge between the 1/144 and 1/72 airplanes. These will also look neat sitting next to the corgi B-52s on the shelf.
I also like the idea of a 1/144 diorama. A 1/144 scale diorama only takes up a quarter of the shelf space of a 1/72 diorama and could make a nice desk top addition.
