Moonlighters A-6E Intruder?

Since activity here has slowed down, let me ask the question: Does anyone know when the CW Moonlighters A-6E Intruder will be available in the USA? I know it was scheduled for this month- November, but I have not heard anything further. I have one on pre-order and I am anxious to get it.
