Re: whats next after the A-6

An A-7 and F-8 would both be welcome in my collection as well as an S-3... (crickets chirping)

Re: whats next after the A-6

Too bad the F-22 never came into being:

I expect they will continue in the general time era, so my next favorite would probably be the F-4 or the A-7 as a pick.

Re: whats next after the A-6

A moveable, pivoting wing would be an added plus.

The only thing about that,O.C. is you would never have seen an F-8 with the wing raised without flaps and leading edge slats extended...However,if they would be so kind as to provide us with 2 different sets of wing assemblies...

Quite a challenge Skunky! Be keen to see how it pans out. They must have plan.

Re: whats next after the A-6

I just did a search for the movie Final Countdown. Here is the list for the aircraft in the movie. F-14A.A-6E,A-7E,RF-8G, EA-6B S-3A and the one lone helicopter an SH-3H. I hope I live long enough to see all these produced. If in fact, that is what they are doing. Making models of the movie Acft. I'd still go fo an A-4,RA-5C,F-4 and A-1 Century Wings are Great.

Great clues there Lakota. Zed550 is in the know so I reckon we just need to piece the puzzle together.

Re: whats next after the A-6

As I have mentioned before. I personally would love to see the F-4 next. It could be both Air Force and Navy models not to mention the possible allied models as well. I would also like to see the F-111. However, it seems that Century Wings is all about Navy thus far.
