I agree. According to a source book I have, The Black Aces were the only F-14 Squadron with a black nose. Very unique. | |||||||||||||||

It's on a tentative want list for me (along with Grim Reapers and Sundowners). But the list changes every time I look at CW's web-site. Too many Tomcats to choose from! Now... if CW did a Wolfpack from circa 1978, well, that would be the Tomcat's meow! | |||||||||||||||

Yup!.....and I'm agreeing with Panther on this one...Undoubtably for me, the least desirable of all the Tomcat schemes CW has put out to date. I was really hoping it would have been done as one of the Fast Eagle "Fitter killers" from the 1981 Gulf of Sidra incident. I don't know why, but for the most part I've never cared for black noses on airplanes..........I wonder what the heck that's all about?   | |||||||||||||||
