Re: A-6 control surfaces color

Is anybody else concerned that AJ-500's tail should apparently be white and not gray?

Re: A-6 control surfaces color

I'd care a ton, if I was interested in the model.

Kind of ironic--I think most (if not all) of their VF-84 releases should have grey instead of white stabs. Here, it's the opposite.

So...are ALL of CW's paint schemes accurate for any ONE particular time frame - just not for the time frame that The Final Countdown was filmed? Now THAT would be ironic!

That is a series of A-6 themed skins I did for the Su-25T in Lock On: Flaming Cliffs...which is a combat flight simulator. Since most of my favorite aircraft aren't featured in any combat flight sim (no MSFS for me as I like to blow things up), I like to make skins for the ones I can fly that resemble ones on my favorite planes. Here's another I did for the Su-25T in the style of the "Final Jaguar" scheme...
